By accessing and using DST File Converter, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

DST File Converter provides an online platform for converting image files (PNG, JPG, etc.) into embroidery machine formats (DST, PES, etc.). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that DST File Converter assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the service to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of anothers privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intelligent Property Rights

You retain all rights to any files you upload to our service. By uploading files, you grant DST File Converter a license to use, reproduce, and modify these files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DST File Converter be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
